I set up a private counselling practice in April 2003, working from an office in Portland Square, Workington.

I have clients who come with a variety of problems eg anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, loss, relationship difficulties, abuse and personal development issues.

Currently I am also involved in counselling for a children's charity, a college and a domestic abuse organisation.
